The Shelby-Prudhomme Super Snake FORD Mustang considered as a breakthrough in the drag-racing industry is a product of collaboration between car-racing superstar Don “The Snake” Prudhomme and Carroll Shelby, the renowned car entrepreneur. It was revealed at the Pomona, California’s NGRA Motorsports Museum, on its first day to be eligible for the season opener of NHRA.

The car was visualized, constructed, and engineered at Shelby Automobiles’ Facility in Las Vegas.

The Snake is driven with an amazing engine that is revved with 800 horsepower on 109 octane of racing gas. It is featured with a Kenny Bell/Shelby supercharger under the fiberglass hood. This will surely fire the road on a heart –stopping race.

Aside from the amazing engine, the Shelby Ford is made up of a five-point Impact safety device, a Borla Exhaust system, and a Kenne Belle enhanced hood manager. During launches, the engineers provided adjustable racing suspensions and tires created for drags. Side rockers are also installed for more assertive stance and upgraded aerodynamics, with the added wing-like feature in the back.

Shelby declared that the model is street legal and can even deliver 750-hp smog.

The Shelby-Prudhomme car is designed and engineered to surpass the new Cobra Jet Mustang that was shown at SEMA, and other power cars that will get on its way.
